Knee Bar

I begin with my
opponent in the side control position, he has his knee up to
avoid the mount. |
|

With my
right arm I hook my opponent's right leg at the knee, I
press my weight onto the leg to secure it in place. |
|

I then
sit up and place my left knee on
my opponent's stomach. |
|

Next I take my left arm and hook my
opponent's leg below the knee.
|
|

I then fall back with the leg secured.
|

To gain leverage to complete the knee bar I reach my left
arm around the back of my opponent's ankle.
|
|

I then squeeze my knees
together and pull my opponent's leg backward to complete the
lock.
