 Headstand Guard Pass

I begin by posturing in my opponent's closed guard.

I then press my opponent's hips out as I move my base back, forcing him to open his hooks.

I then grip both my opponent's pants just above the knee, and press down. This will force him to keep his feet flat on the floor which will facilitate my next movement.

Next, I press my head into my opponent's stomach.

I then push off with my arms and come to a headstand on my opponent, pressing all my weight into his abdomen.

I then land in a bridged position with my hands maintaining control of my opponent's pants and my legs based out behind his head. Note that I keep my hips up, this allows me to keep pressure on my opponent as well as maintain a stable base.

I then turn onto my left side and place my weight atop my opponent's chest.

I then base my legs out wide and secure a strong side control.
