 Triangle Choke

Here I have my opponent in my open guard.  I have my left foot in his right bicep, my right foot on his left hip, and my hands are controlling both his sleeves.

I begin by pulling both his sleeves downward to break his posture.  I then kick my left foot over the back of his neck, pull his left arm across his body, and pivot my hips until I am at a 90 degree angle with his body.

I then close my triangle.

To create added pressure on his neck I pull down on the back of his head with both of my hands.

If my opponent does not submit I will transition to the arm bar by pushing his head out of the way and passing my right leg over his head.

To complete the arm bar I cross my ankles, squeeze my ankles. raise my hips, and pull down on the secured arm.
