 Spider Guard Sweep

Here I have my opponent in spider guard, I am controlling his right arm with my leg, and at the same time I have my shin across his belly.

I pivot my body to the right until I am at a 90-degree angle to my opponent.  With my right hand I grip his left gi pant near the ankle.

I then kick my left leg outward, I use my right leg to lift my opponent, while my right arm pulls his leg taking away his base.

I use the above motion to sweep my opponent over onto his back. Once he is on his back I release my grip of his left leg and instead take hold of his right leg with my right hand.

My left hand grabs hold of the gi
collar behind his neck to keep him from escaping.

My ankle is still in the crack of his elbow,
I simply sit forward to complete the bicep lock.
