 Armbar

I begin with my opponent in my closed guard. I start by securing his right arm at the tricep and wrist

I then place my left leg on his hip (the arm must stay tight to prevent him from pulling the arm out), my right leg goes high across his back (pressing downward to break his posture), and I pivot my hips pivot to a 90 degree angle with my opponent?s body.  It is important that all three of these actions be done in  one fluid movement.

Next I pass my left leg over my opponents head.  To finish the move I squeeze my knees together, raise my hips, and pull down on the secured arm
