Ian Lindars is one of the most
sought after wrestling coaches
in the Hudson Valley due to
his technical excellence and
supportive coaching style. He
has worked with local wrestlers
from Arlington, Brewster,
Highland, and John Jay school
districts as well as coaching at
Ironman Wrestling Club and
Wrestlers Come Alive. An
accomplished wrestler, Ian was
a Section 1 champion for John
Jay with over 100 victories. He
was also an Empire State
Games finalist, a member of
the Greco-Roman Junior
National Team and a Division 1
wrestler for Boston University.
Ian’s expertise has been a great

Valley Jiu-Jitsu – in addition to
his group classes, Ian is also
available for private
